Synchronised Marma Abhyangam

Marma Abhyangam when done by two therapists in perfect synchronised unison it stimulates multiple marma points simultaneously. While it includes all the benefits of Marma Abhyangam, synchronised massage adds an enhanced layer of relief. Stress negatively changes the autonomic nervous system, reducing heart rate variability. Low heart rate variability indicates high stress levels. The rhythmic stimulation of the marma points influences the autonomic nervous system of the body, increasing the heart rate variability, leading to long-term reduction of stress levels.
